Our Senior Team
The One Data senior team is comprised of Mr. Roland Sekaziga, Mr. Angelo Shyaka, Mr. Peter Ndikuwera, Mrs. Carlo Sekaziga, Ms. Fortunate Mirembe, Mrs. Racheal K. Arinaitwe, and Ms. Rita Atugonza.
In 2012, Roland completed the MSc in Energy program at Heriot Watt University, UK which complemented the BSc (HONS) in Civil Engineering degree that he attained from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) in 2002.
Over the past years, Roland has worked extensively as a Civil Engineer, Energy Specialist and Project Manager providing technical and management services in the Energy, ICT, Construction, Agriculture, and Infrastructure sectors. He has worked closely with Private and Public organizations to develop sustainable projects & solutions. Some of these organizations include: Government Ministries, National and Local Government bodies, Regulatory Authorities (Energy, Water, Environment, ICT, Land and Government), Power Producers, Utilities, Concessionaires, Investors, and Finance Institutions.
Angelo is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in Project Development and business operations and has a good understanding of Supply Chain Management.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Makerere University, Angelo has managed projects in the fields of Energy, Waste Management, Electricity, Oil and Gas, Agriculture among others. He has been a manager providing consultancy services for various private and public organisations including Total E&P, Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), Directorate for Citizenship and Passport Control of Uganda.
With over 10 years’ experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising and Business Development, Carlo has gained the right skills to enable One Data to achieve a robust marketing and sales strategy for sustainable growth and expansion. Her career has included roles like Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager and Project Manager in the various sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture.
Carlo has a degree in BAdmin: International Relations from the University of Pretoria, South Africa; a Professional Certificate and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
Fortunate is the Project Manager for One Data (U) Limited. Fortunate has extensive experience in Project Management, Environmental and Social Management Services and related activities.
She has been involved in the project management of hydro power projects in Uganda. She has also negotiated and managed numerous contracts between project companies and their execution partners. Fortunate has been involved in preparation of consents, licenses, and compliance reports for different regulatory authorities.
Racheal is a Management Accountant with over 10 years of accounting, leadership and professional experience in the energy, technology and agriculture sectors. She has strong expertise in Financial Management Systems, Compliance, design, implementation and monitoring financial and administrative control systems.
Racheal has been responsible for developing financial strategies, sound policies, reporting, and the establishment of strategic alliances and partnerships. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and is currently pursuing CPA.
As the customer experience manager, Rita is responsible for ensuring that the company’s customers have a positive experience through the development of strategies that improve and satisfy different clients’ needs and experience in line with the company’s goals.
Rita has vast experience in implementing and optimizing customer experience programs and initiatives that ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
She has over 12 years of experience in Customer Care Services, Stakeholder Engagement and Management and Project Management.
Prior to joining One Data, Rita was both a project officer and administrator at Energy Services Limited.
